I’m Sofia Almeida Bernardo, founder of SAB Comunicar.
I’m a communication specialist, certified trainer and PDA analyst. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned in over 20 years of experience, it’s that communicating well is what separates a good idea from an idea that works.
How did I get here?
I started writing for radio. An assignment that gave me the privilege of “hearing the things I said”. Every day the announcer read what I wrote. It was very easy to see if I was communicating clearly. From behind the scenes in communications, I went on to manage training in large companies, coordinate press office projects and, of course, copywriting, which was always there. I’ve trained sales teams, entrepreneurs, professionals in career transition and teachers who needed to communicate more confidently. And what did they all tell me? That the key is finding the right words and knowing how to say them.
